1. Change of Mind — Fabric, Colour or Length

If, after receiving and opening your parcel, you are not satisfied with the fabric or colour, or you find that the length received is different from what you expected, you may return the product and request either a refund or an exchange.

Please note: The delivery charges for returning the fabric to us will be borne by the customer.

2. Six-Month Guarantee

We provide a six-month guarantee from the date of purchase against:

• Colour fading
• Manufacturing defects

This guarantee remains valid even if the fabric has already been stitched.

If you notice any such issue within six months of purchase, please share clear pictures and videos with our customer support team. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, you may request either a refund or an exchange.

Please note: We only sell unstitched fabric. Therefore, stitching costs will not be covered under this guarantee.

3. Defective Product

If the product you receive is defective, you may request either a refund or an exchange.

4. Incorrect Product

If the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, you may request either a refund or an exchange.

Inspection Policy

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

A refund or exchange will only be processed if the fabric is in neat, fresh and undamaged condition.

Products showing signs of damage, use, stitching, washing or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Share your order details along with relevant pictures or videos, where applicable.

3. Our team will review and verify your request.

4. Once approved, send the product to our return address.

5. We will inspect the returned product.

6. After successful inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
