I: Placing an order on our website is straightforward:

  • Browse the Catalogue: Start by browsing through our collection of unstitched fabrics. You can filter products by fabric type, colour, and other preferences.
  • Select Your Fabric: Click on the fabric you like to view more details. Choose the quantity you need and the colour, and then click "Add to Cart."
  • Review Your Cart: Once you've added all the fabrics you wish to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. Review your selections, and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Proceed to Checkout: Click "Checkout" to begin the payment process. You'll need to provide your shipping information and select your preferred shipping method.
  • Make Payment: Choose your payment method from the available options, and enter the required details. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation via call and email.
  • Track Your Order: After your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number, so you can monitor its progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

3: What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Ahmad Fabrics International offers several payment methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Cash on Delivery: The rider will deliver your parcel to your doorstep and collect the parcel’s amount. Typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
  • Advance Payment Method: You can pay the payment in advance by depositing directly in the company’s bank account. (You have to send your payment slip on WhatsApp at +92 301 864 1774) Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep with 0 amount. Typically delivers within 2-3 business days.

4: Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries around the world. When placing your order, simply select your country at checkout to see the available shipping options.

  • Delivery Times: International delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Express shipping typically delivers faster, while standard shipping may take longer.
  • Shipping Cost, Customs and Duties: Shipping costs vary from country to country. Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • Tracking: All international orders come with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

You can choose your preferred shipping method, but we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    7: How do I return an item?

    Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

    1. Fabric must be in its original condition, uncut, and unused. Returns must be initiated within 2 of receiving your order.
    2. Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
    3. Then you will need to ship the item back using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Make sure to keep the tracking information for your records.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 2–3 days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

    8: How do I know how much fabric I need?

    The amount of fabric you need depends on the design and your measurements. Typically, for a standard kurta or shalwar kameez, 4.5 yards of fabric is sufficient. We also provide custom cutting according to your needs. Please consult with your tailor for precise measurements.
